We use dedicated servers located at large datacenters in the US with 24/7 monitoring and backup generators. Each customer is assigned (via MX records) to at least two servers at different datacenters, in different parts of the country.
Our servers "spool" (Store and Forward) your e-mail in case your mail server is down for maintenance, due to a fiber cut or anything else. Our service therefore greatly increases your email reliability.

Corporate customers find SpamStopsNow so accurate that most don't review anything blocked by our service! Nonetheless, for each level of filtering you can:

• Forward the (likely) spam to a review mailbox at your domain.
   

• Change the subject line to tag it as spam.
   

• Send a customizable rejection message back to the sender.
   

• Completely delete it without notification.

If you choose to review spam, it is generally only necessary to review those blocked by the Country-Of-Origin and RBL filtering, which is less than 2% of the total spam.

While our service requires no "tuning" or "learning", you can ensure that important clients and contacts are never blocked by adding them to your domain-specific Whitelist.
